Spinach Artichoke Parmesan Dip
- 5 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed with liquid drained (wrap in paper towel to remove excess liquid)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 jar Artichoke Parmesan Tapenade
- Salt and Pepper to taste
In a medium bowl, combine spinach, mayonnaise and parmesan cheese. Stir in Delicaea Gourmet Artichoke Parmesan Tapenade.
Place in oven-proof baking dish and bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
Serve with chips, crackers or country bread.
