Spinach Artichoke Parmesan Dip

  • 5 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed with liquid drained (wrap in paper towel to remove excess liquid)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 jar Artichoke Parmesan Tapenade
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


In a medium bowl, combine spinach, mayonnaise and parmesan cheese. Stir in Delicaea Gourmet Artichoke Parmesan Tapenade.

Place in oven-proof baking dish and bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.

Serve with chips, crackers or country bread.

Serves 4.
