What You'll Need:

Cooking Instructions

Mix ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, sea salt rub, eggs, and 1 jar of Roasted Garlic Tomato Chutney in a large bowl until the mixture is thorough and becomes firm enough to mold, but don't over mix it! Overmixed meatloaf loses its fork-tender texture.

Place the mixture into a 12 inch nonstick baking pan, forming a loaf shape. Top with 1 jar of Spicy Tomato Bacon Jam. Bake at 400 degrees for about 1 hour, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Remove meatloaf from the oven and allow it to rest for about 5 minutes before slicing - this will keep the inside juicy and flavorful.

Serving Suggestions

We love to serve our meatloaf with garlic butter mashed potatoes and garlic parmesan roasted italian green beans. It will also pair well with a simple dinner salad, or with macaroni and cheese.
