CRAB STUFFED TOMATO

Remarkable over cream cheese with crackers. Blend with cream cheese & sour cream to create an extraordinary dip. Add to your favorite sandwich for a real treat. Spectacular blended with cream cheese and rolled in a tortilla wrap.

INGREDIENTS:

4 tablespoons of Key Lime Red Pepper Relish

1 ½ cups flaked crab meat

2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce

2 teaspoons finely chopped parsley

12 Italian plum tomatoes

Salt & pepper

DIRECTIONS:

1. Combine crab, Key Lime Red Pepper Relish, Worcestershire Sauce and parsley.

2. Chill.

3. Remove the tops of tomatoes, carefully scoop out pulp, seeds and juice.

4. Season with salt & pepper to taste.

5. Stuff the tomatoes with the crabmeat mixture.

6. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
