The slow roasted flavor of pecans enhances the sunkissed sweetness of Florida oranges creating a wonderful glaze for poultry, meat and fish. Terrific as a dip for vegetables and pretzels or makes a delicious sandwich spread.
INGREDIENTS:
1 jar Orange Pecan Mustard
1 orange
4 chicken breasts
½ teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup chopped pecans
DIRECTIONS:
1. Brush all chicken breasts with olive oil on both sides and place on a medium hot charcoal grill.
2. Brush the chicken continuously on both sides with the Orange Pecan Mustard.
3. Cook until done and juices run clear.
4. Place on plate and garnish with slice of orange.
