This mustard with the sweet freshness of mango, the distinctive flavor of Cilantro and a dash of tropical heat creates an exciting glaze on poultry, meat and fish. Terrific as a dip for vegetables and pretzels or as a sandwich spread.
INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs. pork spareribs
¾ cup ketchup
¾ cup Mango Cilantro Mustard
Juice and rind of 2 limes
Dash of Worcestershire Sauce
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix the last 4 ingredients together.
2. Place the spareribs in a flat roasting pan.
3. Cover with the glaze and refrigerate for 1 hour.
