The unique tropical taste of Key Limes combined with the crisp crunch of Macadamia nuts creates a taste sensation as a glaze on poultry, meat and fish. Terrific as a dip or as a sandwich spread.
1. Heat an indoor or outdoor grill and brush with olive oil.
2. Place salmon, skin side down on grill occasionally brush Key Lime Macadamia Mustard Glaze & Dip on salmon as it cooks. Do not turn salmon while cooking.
3. When salmon is cooked through, place each serving on a plate and garnish with fresh lime slices and a sprinkling of chopped macadamia nuts.
4. Serve with roasted asparagus and rice pilaf.
Variations: Substitute Orange Pecan Mustard Glaze & Dip, sliced oranges and chopped pecans, Tangerine Almond Mustard Glaze & Dip, mandarin orange segments & chopped almonds or Pineapple Cashew Mustard Glaze & Dip, with fresh pineapple slices and chopped cashews.
