PORK CHOPS WITH ORANGE COCONUT SAUCE

Enjoy as a dip for fried seafood, egg rolls and hot & cold appetizers to experience a sensational tropical burst of flavor. Delightful as a sauté sauce or marinade for seafood, chicken and fish.



INGREDIENTS:

6 - 4 oz. boneless pork chops ½ in. thick

1 - 10 oz. bottle Orange Marmalade Coconut Marinade & Dipping Sauce

½ teaspoon salt

Cooking spray

DIRECTIONS:

1. Sprinkle pork chops with salt, set aside.

2. Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray.

3. Cook pork chops over medium high heat for 3 minutes on each side or until done.

4. Remove pork chops from skillet.

5. Add Orange Marmalade Coconut Marinade & Dipping Sauce to the skillet and heat through.

6. Spoon orange sauce over pork chops.

7. Serve with rice and steamed green beans.
